Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Waycross, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; office development; 1,450-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The City of Waycross is requesting sealed bids for the City of Waycross Armory Renovations. The competitive sealed bids will be received in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia Code, including but not limited to Section 36-91-21G. The scope of work will consist of renovating an existing pre-engineered building approximately 1,450 SF into office space for the Special Operations Unit and renovate another existing pre-engineered metal building to store vehicles for the Special Operations Unit. The project also includes a new drive and all associated site work required for the renovations. All bidders must be insured and prepared to obtain sufficient bonding. Selected bidder will be required to supply notarized copies of appropriate insurance, including but not limited to Workman's Compensation, Liability, Builders Risk, E-Verify Forms for the Contractor and all Sub-contractors and must be able to secure bonding sufficient to cover the total cost of the project. The City of Waycross reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive all formalities and technicalities.
