Site work for a transportation facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
The project will consist of the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and other engineering reports needed to improve the functional use of the Terminal 2 parking structure. Improvements will include the full rehabilitation of the concrete vehicular "riding surface" of the top level of the Terminal 2 parking structure, repairs to select areas of concrete spalls, improvements to the damaged and deteriorated drainage and sewer system components, and the overhaul of select areas of damaged and outdated electrical systems. Some areas may require hazardous material abatement, possibly involving lead, asbestos, and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB). The estimated construction cost is $100,000,000.00.
