The work includes but is not limited to: o Erect Scaffolding and secure at all sites to be restored or repointed. o Rear and Left Elevations: o Tear down and rebuild brick veneer 8'-0" VLF as shown on attachment from top ofmasonry. o Remove and reset existing coping stone and banding. o Remove and discard existing brick, rebuild with new brick. o Furnish and install new flashing system at each window angle. o Brick veneer to be rebuilt to its existing height and design. o Caulk vertical joints in stone coping o Joint finish to match existing o Right Elevation: o Grind and repoint existing brick 8'-0"VLF as shown on attachment from top ofmasonry o Grind depth to be IZ-" minimum o Remove debris prior to pointing o Joint finish to match existing. o All new work will be washed with Sure-Kleen 600 and sealed with Siloxane PD water repellant. o Remove Scaffolding. o All excess material and equipment will be removed from the site Approximate Square footages are as follows: o Rear Elevation- 27'-4"x 8'-0"= 218.64s.f. o Left Elevation- 21'-0" x 8'-0"= 168 s.f. o Right Elevation- 21'-0" x 8'-0"=168 s.f. o TOTAL 554.64 sq. ft.
