Renovation of an educational facility in New Haven, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project Description: The scope of this project includes the removal and replacement of existing incandescent pendant mounted light fixtures within the Connecticut Dining Hall with LED pendant lights. Existing lighting branch circuits shall be traced and documented. Existing branch circuits shall be consolidated, modified and/or extended to accommodate new lighting fixtures. New lighting controls shall consist of a lighting contactor with a time clock and override switching for new lighting zones.
