**As of May 11, 2023, project was awarded to El Grande Industries, awarded amount is $167,811.25.** This project involves the conversion of an existing tennis court into two pickleball courts including, but not limited to: surface rehabilitation; purchase and installation of regulation nets and posts; regulation line striping; installation of new fencing; erosion and sediment control measures; site protection and restoration, and all other associated work in accordance with the construction plans, complete in place. Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words "FOSTER PARK PICKLEBALL COURTS". Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the amounts well as specified, as Certificates of Workman's Compensation must be filed executed the BY: Debbie Stecko Borough Secretary with Agreement. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages must be paid on this to contract. Proposals receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to North Legal Notices The Method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
