The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting quotes from qualified firms to provide Litter Removal Services for the 765 Acres on Interstate 95 in Fredericksburg District from Mile Marker 101.33 to Mile Marker 148.22 from right-of-way fence to right-of-way fence excluding the roadway and paved shoulders. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, materials, traffic control (including signs and sign stands), fuel, and incidentals necessary to perform the litter removal service. Completion date on or before April 15, 2023. Any questions regarding this quick quote shall be addressed to Kelly Cook, Contracting Officer, at kellyb.cook@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM on March 14, 2023. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive any informality, and to delete items prior to making an award.
