Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Peterborough, Ontario. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the "City") to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Demolition of Del Crary Park Stage at 100 George Street North, and Nichols Oval Bunker at 725 Armour Road, Peterborough as further described in Section D.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). Through this ITT, the City is seeking to retain the services of a qualified General Contractor to complete the Demolition of two City owned facilities in accordance with all details, requirements and specifications set out in or attached to this ITT. The selected bidder must be prepared to commence the work at Del Crary Park Stage on April 17, 2023 and shall be completed no later than May 5, 2023 or sooner. The selected bidder must be prepared to commence the work at Nichols Oval Bunker on August 28, 2023 and shall be completed no later than September 15, 2023.
