Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Flatwoods, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project consists of new sidewalk construction along the south side of KY 750 (Powell Lane) from approximate MP 1.65 to 2.47. Work includes installation of pedestrian crosswalks and curb ramps, curb and gutter, and retaining walls. The City of Flatwoods Sidewalk Project shall follow the Kentucky Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction-current edition. All prime contractors and DBE subcontractors shall be prequalified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet in their applicable categories of work at the time of the bid opening.
