Proposal for: A firm quotation for replacement equipment for the cooking and baking aisle at White Pine Middle School. Replacement equipment specifications attached. No oral or telegraphic proposals or modifications will be accepted unless confirmed in writing before the time set for the termination of the bidding. Saginaw Township Community Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any information therein, and negotiate to the best interests of Saginaw Township Community Schools. All bids submitted shall remain firm for thirty (30) days from the date of the bid openings for the order to be placed. The bid will be awarded based on a total package for all equipment, delivery, assembly and placement of new equipment. Items will not be awarded separately. Saginaw Township Community Schools requires all contractors to procure and maintain for the duration of any work performed, commercial general liability and worker's compensation insurance or in connection with the work performed by the contractor, their agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. The successful bidder will be required to provide a certificate of insurance naming Saginaw Township Community Schools as an additional insured for commercial general liability insurance. We will also require proof of Worker Compensation coverage with Saginaw Township Community Schools named as certificate holder. The required policies and certificates are to be endorsed to give the district at least a 30- day notice of cancellation or material reduction of insurance coverage.
