Reference Number 0000313287 The Arapahoe Library District (Library District) is creating a short list of three pre-qualified vendors to provide as-needed General Contracting Services. These services include general construction projects not to exceed one hundred thousand dollars (<$100,000). Service is for nine (9) facilities in Arapahoe County. The successful vendors will be responsible for providing service, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to perform high quality work. The Library District reserves the right to declare vendors offers as nonresponsive if any of these alternate terms and conditions conflict with the Library Districts terms and conditions, or if they are not in the best interests of the Library District The Library District is offering a 5-year contract with two 1-year renewals. Continuation of the contract beyond the initial period is a prerogative of the Library District and not a right of the vendor(s).
