Renovation of a water / sewer project in Monroe, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of April 28, 2023, project was awarded to US Utilities but awarded amount is not available. This specification calls for the removal of existing equipment, and the installation of an owner supplied Square D motor control cabinet (VFD), and a 250 HP open cooled motor complete in accordance with this specification. The bidding contractor must have at least 5 years experience of similar installations and startups with Square D drives, references are to be provided with the bid. All Work to be completed within 120 days of receipt of purchase order. Liquidated damages shall be assessed in the amount of $75.00 per day if the project is not completed within 120 days of the work start date. Pricing-Lump sum
