Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rowlett, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope & Intent - The City of Rowlett is accepting sealed bids for miscellaneous drainage improvements to concrete curbs, gutters, drainage flumes and any spots that hold water or create a drainage problem in sidewalks, streets or alleys for a period beginning approximately May 1, 2023 and ending approximately April 30,2024 The contract will be issued in an estimated amount of $750,000. This amount may increase or decrease slightly depending on the actual needs of the City and the availability of funds. All questions concerning this bid invitation should be sent to purchasing@rowlett.com and will be addressed by addenda. The work involved under this contract consists of the furnishing of all materials, tools, equipment, transportation, services, insurance, bonds, and all labor and superintendence necessary for the construction and completion of all work.
