Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ilion, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The work of this project shall be completed by the dates set forth in Section 011100 entitled Summary of Work. There will be no pre-bid meeting. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement. RFI's shall be e-mailed simultaneously to: Jessica Perry: jperry@kingarch.com or faxed to: Jessica Perry's attention at: 315-671-5541 or mailed to: Jessica Perry King + King, Architects LLP 358 West Jefferson Street Syracuse, New York 13202 Mobilize/Construction start: June 26, 2023. Substantial completion: August 18, 2023. Contract closeout: October 2023. It is the intention of the Project to be both environmentally and fiscally conscious of paper use and consumption. The Contract Documents may be downloaded from the Plan & Print Systems website for a non- refundable cost of $35.00. A compact disc (CD) of the bid documents may also be obtained from Plan & Print Systems, Inc., 6160 Eastern Avenue, Syracuse, New York 13211, phone number 315-437- 5111, fax number 315-463-1510, upon payment of a non-refundable amount of $35.00 plus $15.00 for shipping and handling per CD. Checks shall be made payable to Plan & Print Systems, Inc.
