Site Contractor is responsible for excavating and backfill for lighting pole bases and matching adjacent surfaces. 3. NYSEG is responsible for furnishing and install of gas line service. Site Contractor is responsible for compacting of stone where gas service line(s) were installed as indicated on the contract documents and provide scheduled finishes in relation to the contract documents.
