Site work for a water / sewer project in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes providing all construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, test equipment necessary for FY 2024 Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation. A Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) is defined as a business which is certified as being at least 51% owned and operated by persons of African American,Hispanic, Asian, Pacific Islander, American Indian or Alaskan Native Heritage. 2) A Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) is defined as a business which is certified as being at least 51% owned and operated by one or more Non-Minority Females. 3) A Disadvantaged Business (DBE) is defined as a business which is certified as being at least 51% owned and operated by a person(s) that are economically and socially disadvantaged. The Purchasing Agent for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government may be served It is therefore a request of each Bidder to include in its bid, the same goal (10%) for MWDBE participation, the same goal (3%) veteran participation and other requirements as outlined in this section
