Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Belcourt, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot medical facility.
Plans call for the construction of a 10,000 square foot pre-engineered building to include office, counseling, and therapy spaces, comprehensive outpatient rehab facility. Contract: Donlar reserves the right to pre-qualify subcontractors before awarding a contract. Subcontractor/Material Supplier agree that Donlar's Standard Subcontract Agreement shall be the prescribed subcontract form without modification. By submitting a proposal, Subcontractor/Material Supplier acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in the Standard Subcontract Agreement. You can obtain a copy of the said agreement by contacting Stephanie Preston at (651) 227-0631 or stephanie.preston@donlarcorp.com. Donlar must receive a fully executed Standard Subcontract Agreement and Certificate of Insurance prior to commencement of work. Do not contact the owner or architect Addendum #1-#2 have been issued as of 7-24-2023.
