Site Directions: 1890 E. Johns Prairie Rd, Shelton, WA 98584 All site work shown on the Contract Documents to a point 5' or less from the foundation of the proposed Mill-3 Building Addition to be provided under separate contract. This work includes, but is not limited to, site demolition, TESC, clearing, grubbing, grading compaction, fire main extension and hydrant, storm drainage treatment and infiltration, paving, and site lighting. Site lighting is shown on the electrical plans and includes complete installation of site lighting poles and fixtures, conduit, conductors and connections to electrical panels located in the existing Mill-3 building as shown on Contract Documents. This work also includes, but is not limited to, all clearing, grubbing, grading, fine grading, and compaction for the Bid Alternate #1 paving area. This area must be brought to a completed state where only crushed surfacing and hot mix asphalt paving will need to be installed, as part of Bid Package #1 - Bid Alternate #1 A certified check, money order, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid amount, payable to the Port of Shelton is required with each bid.
