Work order construction contract for repairing drinking water distribution infrastructure. Summary of the Work including work by the City, City-furnished Products, work sequence, future work, Contractor use of Premises, special conditions for substantial completion and City occupancy. Question Deadline 03/24/2023 at 11:00 AM CT questions must be submitted and received via email no later than Work shall include repairs of water lines using clamps or wraps, replacement and/or new installations of small and large diameter waterline valves including replacement of small and large diameter waterlines as needed on existing service lines and City water mains resulting from emergency breaks, leaks, and customer complaints. Work under this project shall also include the replacement of fire hydrants, associated valves and small and large diameter waterline valves as needed. Work locations may be anywhere within the City of Houston and will vary from work order to work order. This project covers size of the valves and water main lines from 2 inches to 24 inches in diameter. The work items shall be as per Document 00410B - Bid Form, Part B of this Project Manual
