The Contract Documents contain Two Projects 1. Reconstruction of Division Street from South 9th to South 14th Street: Work includes the replacement of Storm Sewers, Storm Manholes and Storm Inlets, replacement of Sanitary Sewers, Sanitary Laterals, and Sanitary Manholes, Relay of Water Main, Removing and Replacing 36 Inch Mountable Concrete Curb and Gutter, Unclassified Excavation, Installation of Geotextile Fabric, Installation of 12 inches Crushed Aggregate Base Course (C.A.B.C.), furnishing and installing 3 inches of HMA Pavement and the related Restoration Work. This project has Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT) Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP) MSIGT Funding for the reconstruction of Division Street from South 10th to South 14th Street. 2. Reconstruction of Mariners Trail from the Little Manitowoc River Bridget to approximately 500 Feet South of E. Ree d Avenue: The trail shall be completely reconstructed, widened, and slightly relocated. The work includes unclassified excavation, Geo-Grid, 8" Breaker Run Stone, 4" C.A.B.C., 2-1/2" HMA Pavement, topsoil, seed, and E-mat. 3. Construction of a New Asphalt Trail on the East Side of Bayshore Drive from approx. 100 feet south of E. Ree d Ave. to approx. 100 feet south of E. Parkview Lane: The work includes unclassified excavation, Geo-Grid, 8" Breaker Run Stone, 4" C.A.B.C., 2-1/2" HMA Pavement, topsoil, seed, and E-mat. The Contractor shall provide all materials, implements, machinery, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation and labor necessary for the completion of all work included in this contract. A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal as a guaranty. Completion Dates: Division Street - August 25, 2023
