Renovation of a medical facility in Mont-Laurier, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to Mont-Laurier Hospital building and Rivière-Rouge Service Centre. The scope of the project includes upgrades for enhancement of the ventilation. TIMELINE: Working drawings are prepared by packages. The owner has awarded a ventilation and electrical HVAC sub trade contractor to complete work at the Rivière-Rouge Service Centre following an invited tender. Construction started. Tender for sub trade contractor for work in Mont-Laurier Hospital is anticipated in late summer/early fall 2023 and will be followed in a new separate report.
