The Nipissing-Parry Sound Catholic District School Board wishes to provide notice of the current tendering for St. Luke School - BMS Control Upgrades. The scope of work is generally as follows. This description is a summary and not exhaustive; refer to the contract documents for all required work: BMS Control Upgrades. Existing BMS system to be upgraded to Delta Control. - Upgrade entire existing Building Automation System. - The Building Automation System shall include the following items without limitation: existing AHU's, ERV's, RTU, heating plant, heat pumps and space heating control points to be reconnected to new BMS. - Replace faulty fin radiation control valves and flow control sensor.
