The College of DuPage is accepting sealed bids for the Technical Education Center (TEC) Building HVAC Outdoor Concrete Slab Work. A Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check in the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the total base bid is required for this project. Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this project. Refer to the IDOL website for current DuPage County rates. Students enrolled in the HVAC Training Program at the College of DuPage will be performing the installation. Student work will take place during normal school hours and days of attendance. Schedule to be coordinated with College of DuPage Facilities Construction Manager. The work is located on the College of DuPage Campus in Glenn Ellyn, Illinois, southwest of the intersection of 22nd Street/Fawell Boulevard and Lambert Road.
