The work, in general, consist of: the removal & replacement of existing asphalt, concrete paving, concrete curbs and sidewalks as required to reconstruct the entry-exit drive at 3820 Richfield Road. The work, in general, consist of the expansion of Richert Manor's parking lot including but not limited to: the removal of concrete paving, concrete curbs, sidewalks; excavation of site as required to accommodate for the propose work; the removal & replacement of site lighting; the provision & placement of concrete paving, base & fill, pavement markings & signage, landscaping and other work items as indicated within the project's specifications and drawings The work, in general, consists of the expansion of the existing parking lot at Richert Manor Apartments. 1. The removal & replacement of existing asphalt and concrete paving; the provision/placement of asphalt & concrete paving and compacted base; placement of pavement markings and other associated work items as noted on the drawings & within the specifications of the contract documents. 2. The removal & replacement of site lighting. 3. Repair/replacement of site elements/features affected by the performance of the work: concrete paving/sidewalks, parking lots, landscaping, lawns, etc. 4. And other work indicated within the specifications, work item notes, drawings and as required to properly complete the work. D. The work will be performed under a single prime contract. 1. Contractor Time, the proposed work shall be substantially completed by November 15, 2023.
