Site work for a water / sewer project in Klein, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of remove and replace of approximately 1,670 linear feet of Western Red Cedar fence along the perimeter of Bilma Water Plants No. 1 and No. 2. The project is located in Bilma Public Utility District in Harris County, Texas at Water Plant No. 1 and Water Plant No. 2. Water Plant No. 1 is located at 5826 Spring Creek Oaks Drive, west of Falling Oak Way. Water Plant No. 2 is located at 18700 Klein Church Road, north of Fellowship Land The bidder shall submit a certified or cashier check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) cashiers check or five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. Bidder must be capable of executing a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract sum in accordance with the conditions of the contract The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid/Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter There will not be a pre-bid conference for this project, but we are available to meet on-site with 48 hours notice. The Contractor has 30 calendar days to complete the punch list The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are open
