The Franklin County Housing Authority will receive sealed bids for Lighting Upgrades funded under Modernization Program No. IL01P061-501-22 at Projects IL-61-4 and IL-61-9/Christopher in Franklin County, Illinois. Bids shall be submitted in a single lump sum proposal The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty days (60) subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority.
