The intent of the Request for Bid (RFB) is to solicit submissions from qualified professional elevator, escalators and moving sidewalks companies with similar service, size, and scope. The term of the resulting master agreement will be 6-years. The City of Dallas has a combination of elevators, escalators and moving sidewalks in its vertical transportation portfolio across multiple different buildings. These are critical to the operation in the City of Dallas buildings and move thousands of employees and public citizens every day. Professional services are needed to audit maintenance and repair work to the City of Dallass transportation portfolio.
