This notice does not include any option for renewal or extension. All goods must be delivered to Hôpital Hôtel-Dieu De Lévis located at: 143, rue Wolfe Lévis, Québec G6C 3Z1 The name and address of the tenderer as well as the number of the invitation to tender must be written on the outside of the envelope. ACCEPTANCE OF SUBMISSIONS The CISSS de Chaudière-Appalaches does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the submissions. COMPLIANCE The goods proposed in the tender must comply with the description or the technical requirements in the estimate. If the tenderer is unable to comply with one or other of the technical requirements, it would be mandatory for the tenderer to contact the file manager in order to verify whether an alternative is possible by issuing an an addendum.
