0000000000, 00000000001 This project provides for, in general, construction of approximately 3000 linear feet of Class I multi-use trail from Cavalier Drive to east of Freeport Boulevard under Interstate 5. Construction will also include pavement markings, trail signs, drainage ditch, trail connections, and chain link fencing. This is a federally funded project. For use with City of Sacramento Standard Specifications for Public Construction dated June, 2007, Davis Bacon Wage Rates dated March 3, 2023 or State of California Prevailing Wage Rates (Higher Rate Prevails) and Labor Surcharge and Equipment Rental Rates. Bidders are advised that, as required by federal law, the City of Sacramento is implementing new Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements for Underutilized Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE). The project specific DBE Goal is 9%.
