Completed plans call for the addition of a 800-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a 1,800-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Spring Brook Township Municipal Building Renovation Sealed bids are invited from multiple prime contractors for General Construction, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical work for the following, but not limited to: An existing, single story, wood frame garage of approximately 1,800 SF converted into municipal offices, meeting room and toilet facilities, plus an addition of approximately 800 SF of similar construction to be part of the newly renovated spaces. Bid Security: A certified check or bank draft, US government Bonds or a Satisfactory Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the amount of the Bid and Drafted in favor of the Spring Brook TWP shall be submitted with each bid. Performance Bonds: The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for Performance and Labor and Materials Bonds acceptable to the Township. Township Rights: The township reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any informality with the bid. Proposal Terms: No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the time of opening without the consent of the Township. Permits: The successful Bidder is required to obtain and pay costs of all applicable licenses, permits and fees related to their work.
