Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders and subcontractors must be PennDOT Prequalified for role and task. Questions may be submitted on or before 2:00 P.M. on Friday, March 31, 2023. Salisbury Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of 90 days.
