The Procurement Division for the Town of Mount Pleasant (Town) will receive Bids from qualified and interested Bidders for the development of a plaza area that will be a memorial to Officer Vaughn Kee. This project is a stand-alone project that is part of Phase III of the Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park, that will provide a display area and bench seats that will surround a cast stone pedestal that will provide support for a bronze badge casting provided by the Town. In general, the Scope of Work shall include, but is not limited to, clearing and grading for the site, minor grading to achieve the finished elevations shown on the construction drawings, installation of the cast stone pedestal and benches and coordination with delivery of the new bronze badge casting and installation in accordance with the suppliers recommendations. In addition, the contractor shall be responsible for a complete lighting system as shown on the construction drawing(s). Project shall comply with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations. The time duration for the schedule of the disruption to the park is thirty (30) calendar days.
