Project Description: Project consists of two main components, the first is to renovate an existing community room within the existing building, converting it into offices, the other is an addition to add offices and a large multipurpose space to support the community. The interior renovation portion of the project entails approximately 1,800 square feet, while the addition, of approximately 4,900-square-foot, is a wood-framed, fullysup pressed structure of Type V-B construction with masonry veneer, and the insulative envelope following the roof deck. BID SECURITY A. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of [5] five percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of [30] thirty calendar days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
