Site work and paving for a civil project in Pomona, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required in the specifications and contract documents, for the following project(s) Holt Avenue Corridor Improvements, City Project No. 428-68575 [Grant ID No. CCL-5070(045)]. The Engineers Estimate for this project is $4,500,000.00. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work to be done under this subsequent contract shall be completed within 150 consecutive working days for Base Bid all work beginning on the date stipulated in the written Notice to Proceed issued by the City Engineer. All base bid work shall be completed concurrently with additive alternate work. ALL work, invoicing, associated punch list, reimbursements, warranties, bonding, guarantees, provide start up training to City (irrigation system, controllers, etc.), submittals of O&M manuals, 90-day landscape maintenance period, retention release, and all associated contract requirements shall be completed by February 29, 2024.
