Requests for Qualification ("RFP) for: The City of Newark, Department of Engineering and Department of Public Works is seeking for a Design Professional Firm to prepare Construction Documents, Public Bid Services and Construction Administration/Management for the Modernization of Elevators at Multiple Sites.
