Requests for Qualification ("RFP) for: The City of Newark, Department of Engineering and Department of Public Works is seeking for a Design Professional Firm to prepare Construction Documents, Public Bid Services and Construction Administration/Management for the Modernization of Elevators at Multiple Sites. The Construction Documents shall include, but not limited to the services of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineers and any other specialized design professional relatable to the scope of work outlined in this RFP Design modernization of all four Sites with Alternates at the time of construction bid. 4 Elevators City Hall: 920 Broad Street, Newark, NJ 1 Elevator Department of Health: 94 William Street, Newark, NJ 3 Elevator Department of Health: 110 William Street, Newark, NJ 1 Elevator Department of Health: 394 University Avenue, Newark, NJ Any organizational representative obtaining a copy of this RFP package will be required by the Department of Engineering to sign in as a "Registered Respondent." In order to become a Registered Respondent, prospective bidders must either pick up an RFP package in person and sign in at the address above, register by email to camposj@ci.newark.nj.us or send a fax to (973) 733-4772. Emails and faxes must include name of contact person and name, address and phone number of firm. No one other than an employee designated by the Department of Engineering is authorized to release a copy of this RFP package.
