Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Scope of work: True Davidson: The work includes but is not limited to the following: - Demolish and dispose of existing boilers and boiler pumps - Supply and installation of 2 boilers and 2 boiler pumps - Supply and installation of boiler flue vents and associated roof modifications. - Modify building automation system as required, refer to all drawings and specifications. - New epoxy floor finish on the house keeping pads - Provide new electrical connections to new equipment. - Start up testing and commissioning Wesburn Manor The work includes but is not limited to the following: - Demolish and dispose of existing boilers, boiler pumps and existing heat pumps. - Supply and installation of 4 boilers, 4 boiler pumps and 4 heat pumps. - Supply and installation of boiler flue vents and associated roof modifications. - Modify building automation system as required, refer to all drawings and specifications. - New epoxy floor finish on the house keeping pads - Provide new electrical connections to new equipment. - Start up testing and commissioning Documents can be obtained at: http://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/15619889 * The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
