Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Sandston, Virginia. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Design and construct a 16 MGD water pumping station to increase the water system supply from 16.7 MGD to 25.5 MGD in the Eubank Pressure Zone in eastern Henrico. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2025 - 2034 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of June 20, 2025, no applications have been submitted for permits. An architect has been selected; however, a general contractor or selection method is not disclosed. Although a firm timeline cannot currently be established, construction is not expected to commence prior to third quarter 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
