Charleston County (hereby referred to as "the County") is requesting information about two types of System agreements. 1. Leasing Option: A company that designs, constructs, installs, interconnects, operates, maintains, and monitors the System and sells the electricity generated from the System to the County in accordance with a Power Purchase Agreement structure. 2. Owning Option: A company that designs, constructs, installs, and interconnects the System at the facilities in the table above.
