While this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is issued by EPCOR, all services, equipment, prices, terms and conditions, presentations and promotional materials contained in any submission (the "Reply", as defined below) may, at EPCOR's sole discretion, apply to any or all of the EPCOR Entities (as defined below). The intent of this RFP is to find a Successful Proponent capable of providing the Work described immediately below. A more detailed description of the Work can be found in Appendix 1 (Information). The Work calls for the provision of all labour, materials and equipment required for the preparation (sandblasting), painting and numbering of fire hydrants & protection posts at various locations in the Edmonton Metropolitan area on an, if, as and when required basis in accordance to Schedule A "Scope of Work" outlined in this RFP. The annual goal is to paint 1000 to 1500 hydrants depending on per-hydrant price. EPCOR makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in this RFP. The Proponent is responsible for making its own evaluation of information and data contained in this RFP and in preparing and submitting its Reply.
