State Department of Labor and Industry as one who has failed to pay prevailing wages in accordance with the provisions of the Act. N.J.S.A. 40A11-1 et. seq. including but not limited to all requirements of the State of New Jersey Worker Health and Safety Act (N.J.A.C. 12:110 et seq.) as amended and the United States Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) (29 CFR 1910), as amended with regard to work and jobsite safety. All bids are subject to the requirements of the laws and regulations affecting the same. New Jersey Business Registration Requirements: NJSA 40A:11-23.2 requires all contractors and subcontractors with public contracting agencies to provide proof of registration with the Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue. The vendor must comply with all local, county, state and federal laws, rules and regulations applicable to this contract and to the work to be done hereunder. ($46.64)
