NOTE: There will be no site visit for this contract. The expenditures forecast for this work are in the order of $247,000.00 for a period of one (1) year with the possibility of extension for two (2) additional one-year periods. (Possible value of $741,000.00). This procurement is conducted in accordance with the requirements of Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter 10 of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA) and the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) of the World Trade Organization. Please note that the preliminary results of this call for tenders will be available on MERX. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Requests for clarification and questions should be directed EXCLUSIVELY to the DCC Contracting Authority identified in this announcement. Bidders who direct their requests for clarification to anyone other than the DCC Contracting Authority during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, have their bid rejected.
