The expenditures forecast for this work are in the order of $247,000.00 for a period of one (1) year with the possibility of extension for two (2) additional one-year periods. (Possible value of $741,000.00). This procurement is conducted in accordance with the requirements of Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter 10 of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between Canada and the European Union (CETA) and the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) of the World Trade Organization.
