**As of May 2, 2023, project was awarded to Sleiman Construction but awarded amount is not available.** The City of Sunny Isles Beach (the "City"), a municipality located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified Contractors ("Proposers", "Bidders", "Contractors" or "Firms") to construction a meditation garden at the Town Center Park located in 17200 Collins Avenue, as described in the attachments herein. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to construct the garden and sculptures in accordance with the specifications herein and the resulting Contract Documents. Bidder shall warranty all labor completed for 365 days from final acceptance. This is the site of the old skatepark that is being repurposed as a meditation garden/ art park, there will be 2 significant sculptures added as part of the project. The existing building will undergo improvements as part of the project, as described herein. Contractors will adhere to industry standard quality installation principles and provide quality installation services to ensure that the most reliable and cost-effective project is built. Contractors interested in performing these services must exhibit considerable relevant experience with this type of work, and should emphasize both experience and capability of particular personnel who will actually perform the work. Contractors should demonstrate that they have experience working with construction renovation, preferably for government.
