Site work for a water / sewer project in Chapleau, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Request for Bid ("RFB") is an invitation to prospective bidders to submit proposal for ground water and surface water monitoring and the installation, repairs and decommissioning of ground water wells at various Northeast Regional waste disposal sites. The Ministry requests bids from qualified Bidders to conduct ground water and surface water monitoring at up to 60 Waste disposal sites (WDS) for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter of 2023. The water monitoring shall be conducted in accordance with the Ministry of Environment Conservation and Parks ("MECP") requirements and the requirements set out herein. Following completion of the water monitoring, the Vendor shall return the results to the Ministry in detailed reports that include water quality analytic results, assessment of current monitoring program and recommendations for improvement to the current monitoring program. In addition, ground water monitor well installation, repair and decommissioning services will be required at various waste disposal sites throughout the northeast region.
