Renovation of an educational facility in Boucherville, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Continuation of De Mortagne high school major renovation project. The work for this phase of the project will focus on the block F repairs and will include the renovation of premises (classes, offices, sanitary blocks, multipurpose room and related premises), renovation of circulation areas including addition of stairs as well as replacement of curtain walls and windows. The work will also include the removal of asbestos, replacement of partitions, ceilings and finishes, upgrading of electrical and mechanical components as well as modification of structural components. TIMELINE: The project is implemented by construction packages. First construction package essentially relating to site a exterior work is now tendered and followed in the report under CRM ID name. Design of subsequent packages is ongoing. Further update in summer/fall 2026.
