Site work for a civil project in Stirling, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Question Deadline: Mon Mar 27, 2023 11:00 AM (EDT) The work of storm sewer replacement at the Stirling Lagoon includes, but is not limited to, the following; Supply and place shot rock to dam work area Generators and pumps to dewater work area Erosion control- Silt fence downstream for sediment control Excavate down to existing culverts and remove existing culverts, dispose of off-site. Excess material to be hauled to Stirling Landfill. Support existing raw sewage transmission pipe over open trench while culverts are being replaced. Excavate and slope trench walls to make excavation safe for workers. Supply, place and install a quantity of 3 750mm diameter reinforced concreate pipes. Each pipe run must be at least 65' long. This includes stone bedding and compacted granular M backfill around culverts complete with frost taper. Restore/ backfill trench with Granular B in 12" lifts. Restore roadway with 300 mm Granular A Type II Removal of shot rock dam upon completion of work. Documents can be obtained at https://stirling-rawdon.bidsandtenders.ca/
