This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply and delivery of Aluminum Bolted Highway Sign Panel. Contract will be award to the lowest compliant bid which meet the requirements detailed within the specifications of the tender. The Vendor shall package aluminum bolted highway sign panels in bundles of no more than twelve (12) and in such a manner as to be received uncontaminated and undamaged in any way. This includes protection from weather. Panels shall be shipped F.O.B., NBDTI Supply Depot, 119 Currie Avenue, Fredericton, N.B. upon receipt of order from Service New Brunswick. The material shall be shipped in such a manner as to facilitate the use of a fork-lift for unloading. Delivery will only be accepted weekdays, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8:15am and 4pm. The vendor/shipper must provide advance notice of at least 1 work day, minimum, prior to delivery. Service New Brunswick is no longer accepting paper bids, and the Central Tendering Branch is closed to the public.
