Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Wichita, Kansas. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, taxes, fuel and any and all other items necessary to accomplish the grounds mowing services as specified herein for all the specified areas. Finish Mow and/or Weed eat once each Fourteen (14) days (Sixteen times during the contract period). PERIOD OF SERVICES: The successful bidder/bidders agree to enter into a written agreement to provide the ground maintenance services, as per the specifications, for a period commencing upon completion of the signed agreement throughout one calendar year, with an option to renew under the same terms, and conditions for a one (1) or two (2) successive one (1) year periods by mutual agreement of both parties. This agreement would be subject to cancellation by the City of Wichita upon thirty-(30) day written notice.
