This project consists of adding a shower and amenities to existing restroom area, remove, replace the existing ceiling to water resisting material, extend existing hot and cold-water services, upgrading lights to LED 100 watts. Furthermore, three rooms partitions will be constructed. Construction contract time for the project is (45) working days.
