Valley Regional Transit (VRT) is seeking Quotes from qualified and experienced respondents (individuals or firms) to establish a "Professional Service Agreement." The services described by the Agreement and this RFQ will include On-call Transit Planning and described more fully in Exhibit A. Prospective Offerors are encouraged to submit questions concerning the RFQ in writing no later than 4:00 p.m., March 7, 2023. Questions concerning this RFQ are to be submitted via email to Kevin Womack at procurement@valleyregionaltransit.org with "RFQ 2023-03-30" listed in the subject line. The successful Offeror shall provide the services as described herein for an initial term of three (3) years commencing on approximately April 10, 2023 and expiring on April 9, 2026 with an option to renew upon mutual agreement of both parties under the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional one-year terms. Electronic submittals in PDF format must be received by VRT by the date and time in the "Deadline for Submittals" section above. No exceptions. a. Total page limit is 7 single sided pages. The Coversheet, Introductory letter and resumes will not count toward the 7-page limit. The page limit shall not include the Offeror's Price Quote exhibit (see Exhibit C to this RFQ) and the acknowledgments/certifications pages required by Sections 11-16 below. b. Front and back cover pages are acceptable and do NOT count in the submittal. Cover pages shall only identify the RFQ, the Offeror's name, and Project. 2. Clarification of Submittals During the evaluation of submittals, VRT reserves the right to the following: o Contact any or all Offerors for additional information for clarification purposes, o Discard submittals which contain errors, or o At its sole discretion, waive disqualifying errors or gain clarification of error or information. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
